Life can be worry free if you surround yourself with the right people but even the friendliest humans aren't always available. We love the Zors! They're cute, cuddly and always awake for those sleepless nights.

Zors come from the planet Zortec. They communicate telepathically and like to stick together with other intelligent life forms. There’s no need to feed them, they get their nutrients directly from the sun and moon.

FAQ

How big are Zors?
They are approximately 10 inches tall from eyes to bottom and about 8 inches wide all the way around.

Who makes Zors?
All Zors are made by me (Cara Mia). I must say, that without the encouragement of my best friend Mike, there wouldn’t be as many cute little furry things all over our apartment.

Why are Zors special?
Each Zor is handmade with love. They are numbered, signed and arrive with their very own adoption certificate. No two Zors are alike and are considered a piece of art. Instead of naming them I have left that to the new owner’s imagination otherwise they might have ended up with names like Bob or Minnesota.

How do I care for my Zor?
Please DO NOT put them in the washer or dryer! The best thing to do is wipe them with a damp cloth and possibly a quick spray of laundry stain remover like “Shout”. Otherwise just roll over them with a lint brush and they are good as new!

Are Zors for children or babies?
NO. Although I try to make Zors as durable as possible, it’s not a good idea to give them to a small child or baby since there are parts that could be harmful if torn off and swallowed. Zors should be appropriate for kids about 7 and up and also us” larger kids” but please read the User Agreement below which outlines the terms that you agree to by visiting and purchasing from zorsarehere.com.

What are Zors made with?
Zors and other creatures are made with new and recycled materials. All materials are non-toxic. The materials used may or may not be non-allergenic.

Zors are handmade by one person and orders may from time to time exceed production. If this is the case the buyer will be notified via email upon purchase and given the option for back order or the full amount refunded.

Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO EXCEPTIONS. Zors and other stuffed creatures are handmade. A great deal of time and care goes into making a furry friend. Each one is unique therefore slight variations are to be expected in size, shape and color. Items are described in detail and any questions will be answered via email prior to purchase at the buyers request.

Service Refusal
We as a company have the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or refuse an order, to any customer that is threatening, abusive, or for any reason we deem necessary.

Shipping Policy

Lost Items
We are not responsible for items once they are shipped. We ship to the address that was given with payment, and are not responsible if that address is incorrect. If you have an unstable residence, then we recommend having items sent to an office or another address where you can pick up the package.

Domestic Shipping: All products are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation number. Orders are shipped in 4 to 7 business days and take 3 to 14 days to reach their destination. Shipping charges for domestic are as follows:

$6.80    ($20.00-$49.99)
$10.80 ($50.00-$74.99)
$12.80 ($75.00 +)

This information will be included with your order. If you need your order sooner please email us and we will let you know if the items you’ve requested can be “rush” shipped.

International Shippng:
Please email us for international shipping rates.
All orders must be paid in US currency only.

International shipments, (including Alaska and Hawaii) are shipped via USPS Airmail and take 1-3 weeks to arrive, depending on their destination. Rush shipping is NOT available for international addresses.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so it’s a good idea to contact your local customs office for further information before ordering from our website. When you order from Zorsarehere.com and affiliates, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving goods. We are unable to mark packages as "gift", "sample", or anything other than "merchandise" on the applicable customs forms and cannot reduce the value of said package to lessen the taxes and duties levied against the recipient.
